Our 7-day warranty covers accounts that fail before you've had a chance to use them. If an account arrives with an issue that's not caused by your actions, you get a free replacement. Simple.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies when an account fails for reasons outside the buyer's control, specifically:
- Login failure — the credentials don't work and Apple confirms the account is suspended or terminated on arrival
- Verification block — Apple immediately requests additional identity verification that makes the account unusable without further action
- Account already terminated — the account was in a terminated state at the time of delivery
- 2FA inaccessible — the SMS number delivered in our Telegram chat doesn't receive codes from Apple
The 7-day warranty starts from the moment you receive account credentials. If a covered issue appears within this window and the account is unused, contact us immediately in your Telegram support chat.
What Voids the Warranty
The warranty is specifically for accounts in their delivered state. Once you take actions that change the account's configuration, the warranty no longer applies. The following void the guarantee:
- Uploading an app for review — any submission to App Store Connect triggers usage and removes warranty coverage
- Linking personal devices — adding your iPhone, Mac, or any device to the account's provisioning profiles constitutes use
- Adding team members — inviting additional Apple ID users to the developer account changes its state
- Changing account credentials — modifying the Apple ID password or recovery information removes our ability to verify the original state
- Associating personal data — linking your real name, tax information, or banking details to the account
- Using the wrong login environment — if you log in without an anti-detect browser and the account gets flagged, this falls outside warranty scope
Always verify the account is working correctly before you start configuring it for your use case. Take 10 minutes to confirm login works, 2FA codes arrive, and the portal loads normally. Report any issues before making changes.
The Escrow Protection Layer
Before you even get to warranty territory, our escrow setup provides an additional layer of security. All transactions go through Mobile Pirate escrow — a trusted market service that holds your payment until you confirm everything works.
This means:
- You verify the account before payment is released
- If the account has issues at delivery, you can dispute through escrow before any funds transfer
- The warranty activates after you confirm and release escrow — it covers issues that appear in the 7 days after your confirmation
How to Claim a Replacement
If a covered issue appears within the warranty window, the process is straightforward:
- Don't close or change anything — preserve the account in its current state
- Message your Telegram support chat immediately — the faster you report, the faster we resolve
- Describe the issue — screenshot or screen recording of the problem helps speed up verification
- We investigate — usually takes a few hours to confirm on our end
- Replacement is delivered — same type, same GEO where possible, with a fresh 7-day warranty on the replacement account
